Chewing Gum Does Help You Quit Smoking

I don't care what people say, but getting over the oral fixation is a huge piece of quitting smoking. I chew gum when I get cravings, and it does help. Not bubble gum either, but minty fresh gum, that tends to make my mouth taste clean and remind me that I don't want to have a nasty cig taste in there.
