Darn You Smoke!!!

I cannot stop smoking. I'm regressing for sure. It might be time to try and go back on some type of stop smoking gum or something because this is getting worse. I hope all of the readers of this blog are doing better than I am. I'm weak!

Today I had one after lunch, which is a major trigger for most smokers. After you eat I mean. I need to stop smoking, fast!
